Now is your chance to build that gizmo kit that you have been thinking about. Go and look at your favorite kit web site and buy
something that nobody in your neighborhood has yet or may never want, so be the first to have one finished or not whatever it is.
OR you could order one of ten 40 meter SSB receiver kits that Dave is offering for $25.00. The kit should take 6 to 7 hours to build.
If you are looking for project details, refer to the February 1988 QST pages 14-18. Please contact Dave Harrison to
reserve one of these kits.
What to bring: Hand tools suitable for working with small parts, soldering iron and solder, and some type of digital multimeter that you trust.
You also may want to bring a lunch and your favorite "think drink", which would be coffee for those of us who are so inclined. Some tools and
soldering irons will be provided but, as the Boy Scout Motto goes, "Be prepared"
You are free to bring any type of radio related project. For a list of suggested projects click here.
Sign-up early and remember to order your kit in plenty of time to arrive before the class. Location details will be provided after you sign up.
